students to answer the following questions as their homework to be
submitted on Monday July 17.

Here are the questions:
1.) What is a constitution?
2.) What is constitutional law?
3.) What are the diff. kinds of constitution? Describe each briefly.
4.) What are the advantages and disadvantages of written constitution?
5.) What are the requisites of a good written constitution?
6.) What are the purposes of a constitution?
7.) How are constitutional provisions to be interpreted?
8.) What is the so-called "doctrine of constitutional supremacy"?
9.) What are the essential parts (contents) of a written constitution?

Take note: We will also have a graded recitation on monday regarding
these questions so please study.. Closed books and notes po.
